By using WeatherGPX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. WeatherGPX is operated by aone communication — contact: info@aonecommunication.ch

2. Description of service

WeatherGPX is a web application that displays weather forecasts along GPX routes. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo and is offered for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the weather data.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

WeatherGPX offers an optional paid subscription processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the account panel — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Your use of WeatherGPX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Availability

We aim to keep WeatherGPX available but make no guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

WeatherGPX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aone communication shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on weather forecasts for outdoor activities.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WeatherGPX after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
